TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Requirements:

All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and provide a valid drivers license.

Lessee must provide the following:

• Valid insurance card.
• Valid registration.
• Major credit card.

Security Deposit:

A cash security deposit of $1,000.00 is required.

If you would like to use the awning, an additional $500.00 deposit is required.

Security deposit will be returned after all fees and charges have been settled.

Reservations:

A signed contract and half of your security deposit ($500.00) is needed to hold the date you want.

Cancellations:

Reservation deposit is non-refundable if canceled 60 days or less to delivery date unless rented again for those dates. A 20% service charge will apply to all cancellations.

Insurance:

Lessee will be responsible for a $1,000.00 deductible.

Insurance Option:

For $12.00 per day, security deposit will be reduced to $500.00, and deductible will be reduced to $500.00.

Breakdown or repairs:

Repair and retain receipt for reimbursement up to $75.00. Above $75.00 must be approved before proceeding. Tire damage is the lessee's responsibility.

Damages:

If lessee is at fault for any damage to the RV. Lessee agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with repair as well as loss of rental income for the time RV is out of service.

Pick-up and return:

Pick-up will be 5PM and return will be 2PM. Delivery will take about 1.5 hours to complete.

Early check out:

$30.00 per hour charge if you would like RV before 5pm check out time.

Late charges:

$50.00 per hour will be charged if return past time stated in contract.

Mileage:

100 miles free per day. All additional miles are $.35 per mile.

Generator Use:

$3.00 per hour charge for use of the generator.

Payment procedures:

At time of delivery of RV, full payment for the trip charge, est. mileage charge, and balance of security deposit is due in cash.

Winterization Charge

A $45.00 fee for all rentals from November 1 through March 31 to winterize RV after each use.
